A dinner to remember

Enjoy a delicious dinner and beautiful wines with your loved ones.

For groups of 15 people or more, it is possible to put together a set menu from the suggestions below. A menu would include three starters, two main courses, and two desserts, and costs € 33,50 per person.

Naturally we cater for any special diets.

Main courses

Grilled salmon tenderloin with a sauce made with Noilly Prat and fresh chervil

Cod tenderloin sautéed on the skin with a lobster sauce made

Grilled red bream with garlic and rosemary

Sea bass sautéed on the skin with tomato salsa  (surcharge € 2,50)

Tuscan marinated veal skewers with red wine sauce (surcharge € 2,50)

Pork tenderloin filled with pesto and wrapped with bacon, served with a tomato sauce

Combination of slowly cooked pork brisket steak and belly bacon with a Calvados sauce

Black Angus beef rump steak with a red port wine sauce and wild mushrooms (surcharge € 5,00)

Roasted corn-fed chicken fillet with a creamy truffle sauce

Desserts

Forest fruit bavarois with a pineapple smoothie

Vanilla crème brûlée with vanilla ice cream

Star anise crème brûlée with a scoop of macaroon ice cream

Chocolate trio: homemade brownies, white chocolate mousse and Stracciatella ice cream

Original tiramisu

Amarena cherries bavarois with yogurt ice cream
