PHARMACY & DOCTOR
A general practitioner, a pharmacist and the hospital can be reached 24 hours a day via the reception.
The entire building is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are located in several places in the hotel corridors. Consult the fire plan on the inside of your room door and find the nearest emergency exit. For fire safety reasons it is not allowed to burn candles and/or incense in your hotel room.
IN CASE OF FIRE
Press one of the hand detectors in the hallway. Close windows and doors. Leave the building immediately via the emergency staircase. THE LIFT CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE USED! Report to the BHV, recognizable by their safety vests.
A first aid kit and an AED are available at the reception.
To increase the safety of our guests and employees, Van der Valk Hotel ARA has a fire alarm system. To ensure the proper functioning of this system and to avoid false alarms, it is very important that you keep the following in mind:
It is not allowed to smoke in the building. If you do smoke, you risk a fine.
It is not allowed to make an open fire or set off fireworks.
It is strictly forbidden to disable or interfere with the operation of smoke detectors, fire detectors or their components. Guests who do so risk eviction.
